These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hhbd5 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by hhbd5 ("we", "us", "our", or "hhbd5"). • You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or other legal persons may not register accounts.

• Your use of the Platform must not violate any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of hhbd5 or any of its affiliated studios or payment partners.

hhbd5 may request proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to hhbd5's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is resolved. Any winnings accrued prior to age verification being completed may be voided if the player is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age.

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the hhbd5 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times by contacting hhbd5 support if your personal details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhbd5 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hhbd5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

hhbd5 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, including where the applicant fails to satisfy eligibility requirements or where registration would conflict with hhbd5's internal risk management policies.

hhbd5 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and internal fraud prevention requirements. All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to complete additional verification checks at any subsequent point.

Acceptable forms of identity documentation include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.

hhbd5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where hhbd5 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to hhbd5, other players, or third parties.
• hhbd5 is required to do so by any legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for cause following a breach of these Terms, hhbd5 may forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and bonus balances, to the extent permitted by applicable law. hhbd5 will provide written notification of the reason for closure to the email address on file unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

All decisions made by hhbd5 in connection with the settlement of bets, interpretation of game outcomes, and the application of these Terms are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedures described above.
